At The Trade Company ApS, we prioritize data security and confidentiality very much because we know it is the highest priority for critical consumers shopping online. WHAT DOES The Trade Company ApS USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR?
1. Processing and forwarding of orders
ENGROS IMPORT APS collects personal information in connection with purchases in order to process and forward your orders. Your personal information may be transferred to OUR WEBSHOPS.COM A/ S's warehouse in Højbjerg, Denmark for packing and shipment of goods. In addition, your personal information will be disclosed to the external partners that we use in connection with the processing and shipment of your order. Finally, your information may be used in investigating suspected fraud.
Please note that laws and regulations regarding the protection, processing and disclosure of personal data in some countries may differ from the applicable rules in Denmark. When you submit your personal information, you agree that your information is transferred to other countries on their terms.
In order for us to deliver goods to you, we need your name, your address and your phone number if you want delivery information by text message.
We also collect your e-mail address so that we can send you an order confirmation by email and inform you when your order has been shipped. Likewise, your submitted personal information will be used if you wish to return the items you have purchased from us.
Marketing through email and via external partners
We only use your personal information for marketing purposes if we have your consent to contact you with recommendations and bargains, trends in time and other useful information that we believe will be relevant to you. If you have purchased from us before, we will also use your purchase history to tailor content that can enhance your user experience on the site further.
If you are subscribed to receive our newsletter, The Trade Company ApS can disclose and receive customer and member information and information about your purchase for the purpose of improving the shopping experience of The Trade Company ApS customers and to improve and target the marketing we send to you.
An example on taget marketing could be that we send you an email when you have birthday, coupon codes with discount or if you have left products in your basket.
If you regret giving us your consent and wish to remove our consent to appear in our database of email addresses, we are allowed to use for marketing with external partners, you can do it at any time. Contact our customer service by telephone or e-mail.

Press Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari will not be changing your AutoFill information.

Click 'Safety' in the command bar at the far right side. Under 'InPrivate Browsing', set the checkbox to 'Do not collect data for use by InPrivate Filtering' / 'OK'.
To remove existing cookies:
Click 'Tools' in the menu / 'Options' / 'Privacy' / 'Remove individual cookies' / 'Remove All Cookies'.
How to avoid cookies in the future
Click 'Tools' in the menu / 'Options' / 'Privacy' / set the checkbox in 'Tell websites I do not want to be tracked'.
To remove existing cookies:
Click the tool icon at the top of the menu / Tools / Clear Browsing Data / Set the check in the 'Empty the cache' and 'Delete cookies and other sites data' and plug-in data) / 'Clear browsing data'.
How to avoid cookies in the future
Click the 'Chrome menu' icon in the browser toolbar / Settings '/' Show advanced settings '/' Privacy '/' Content settings '/' Cookies '/' Block cookies by default '(Block sites from data storage) and (Block third party cookies and websites).

FOR HOW LONG DOES The Trade Company ApS STORE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Once you have made a purchase at OUR WEBSHOPS and thus have transferred your personal information to us to deliver the goods, we will keep your order information in our internal ordering system for five (5) fiscal years in accordance with the Accounting Act. The order information in the internal order system will not be encrypted and will not be disclosed to third parties unless you have consented in the purchase process for your information to be used for marketing purposes for OUR WEBSHOPS.
If you start a new session on our site or make a new purchase, the retention period of your personal information and associated consent in our system will be renewed to the applicable five (5) fiscal years and for Google Analytics fifty (50) months.
If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you can freely do so in your account on our website or by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of the emails you received from us.
If you wish to be unsubscribed from the list of users, we’re allowed to market ourselves against on external third-party websites, please contact customer service.
The Trade Company ApS has, in cooperation with Danish and Polish audit and law firms, mapped out, prepared and implemented a number of internal security measures to ensure that our data handling procedures comply with the security standards required by applicable law on personal data processing when it comes to manipulation, loss, destruction and prevention against personal data being processed by unauthorized persons in violation with Danish legislation.
This applies to both security procedures for storing personal data from the customer database and protection against abuse of the personal data of the internal employees. OUR WEBSHOPS always strives to protect personal information as best as possible, depending on what the current threat image looks like.
YOUR RIGHTS AS A USER OF AND CUSTOMER AT The Trade Company ApS’ websites
According to the EU Data Protection Act of 25 May 2018, you as a customer have gained more rights. You are entitled to obtain access to the personal data used by The Trade Company ApS, with some exceptions. The Trade Company ApS uses and stores the personal information you have given us in connection with your purchase for up to five years in accordance with current Danish accounting legislation. In analytical tools like Google Analytics, we store information about your order- and customer-number for up to 50 months according to the framework set up for storing information in the tool. Then the information will be automatically deleted.
All conditions and conflicts that may arise in connection with the use of the Website are subject to Danish law in accordance with EU Personal Data Law.
